The storage warehouse in Cameri started in October 2023 and recently finished, saw the creation of 27,669 sq.m of total surface area, 24 loading bays and office space. The building has a sprinkler system compliant with the NFPA to reduce the risk of fires and a 75 Kwp photovoltaic system to guarantee energy efficiency and low costs. The building was also granted LEED v4 BD+C – Warehouse and Distribution Center certification.

A newly built logistics warehouse in the Piedmont region, completed at the end of September 2024 composed of a storage area with a mezzanine and a two-story office area. The building has vast outdoor space, vivid colours, numerous loading docks, a large car park and a 25 Kwp photovoltaic system. The building was granted LEED v4 BD+C – Warehouse and Distribution Center certification, one of the most important international standards for sustainability and energy efficiency.
